Lyceum’s Higher Certificate in Operations Management is an entry‑level qualification that builds foundational skills to manage and improve operational systems in manufacturing and service environments. It covers operations strategy, process management, performance measurement, quality control, production planning, logistics, and basic cost management—preparing learners to make informed decisions and solve practical operational problems.
Admission requirements
Access aligns with Higher Certificate entry routes and Lyceum’s RPL/CAT policies:
NSC with Higher Certificate endorsement, NC(V) Level 4 with HC endorsement, ASC/SC (with HC endorsement or university exemption), or foreign school‑leaving certificate meeting Matriculation Board equivalence.
Mature age (23–45) entry subject to conditions and an age exemption from the Matriculation Board.
RPL/CAT may be considered per CHE policy.
